It's a really cool piece of ground spanning nearly 500 acres in a prime location. Ira talks about purchasing the property, the vision, development, and a hiccup or two along the way. We also discuss the refuge, hunting areas, utilizing the equipment you do (or don't) have... and blinds you might have heard of.

We enjoyed visiting about hunting styles, habitat and farm development, land purchases, and hunting in both Arkansas and Missouri.
